For smaller items, packages will be shipped via FedEx or USPS directly to your door with no signature required (unless item is valued over $500).
For larger items, all shipping quotes are an estimate and shipping fees could change based on destination of the item. We try to come as close as possible, but be aware that there may be additional charges based on weight, fuel costs, carrier, etc. Please provide your zip code PRIOR to ordering for an accurate quote.
We can use Greyhound Package Express and you will be responsible for picking up your item at the nearest Greyhound station unless prior arrangements are made with our store.
We can also use Plycon or a private shipping for door to door white glove delivery service.
Once your item has left the store, we are not responsible for late deliveries, damage or lost items. Please contact the carrier for a claim. As always, we highly recommend pickup in person at the store. It's always free and we encourage you to use this method first if possible.
Delivery within 100 miles of zip code 95341 is also available. Please inquire about fees.
If shipping is to be arranged by the purchaser of the item, the item must be picked up within 6 weeks of purchase date unless otherwise noted by buyer prior to at time of the sale. If the item(s) are not picked up within the 6 week period and no contact is made to re-schedule the pick up date, the item will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Please note that all items in our store are used and may have wear typically associated with age, unless noted as refinished. Condition is described but is best represented in included photos. If you have questions or require additional information on an item, please contact us before making your purchase.
Returns are not accepted after item has shipped.
Custom order and hand made pieces are non-refundable 24 hours after the order has been placed due to the purchasing of materials needed for each project.
